Best week-end roof event: Best Work’s Sundowner parties

Tomchak, Shir Khan and Ben MonoI already wrote about the week-end roof and that it’s recommended to come early (opens at 7pm, during the week they don’t charge until 10pm or so, during the week-end you’ll be leaving 5€) and bring a jacket. The view is amazing and if you’re lucky, the rest of the people, too.

This is the case when Best Works, Sonar Kollektiv’s (amongst other artists, e.g. Fat Freddys Drop) booking and event agency host their Sundowner Parties - on the roof. I was there last time (one week ago) to see Shir Khan, Ben Mono and Tomchak and had a jolly good time. See some more pictures!

Party on top of Berlin

I talked about the club Week-end Berlin here already several times, especially this post has gained some attention. Now, after opening another room in the 15th floor of the same skyscraper, they did their masterpiece by turning the roof of one Berlin’s highest buildings into a club area. You have an amazing view over the city from there and it’s a perfect place to watch the sunset and listen to some housy beats.

So be sure to come early, not only for the sunset but for not paying 10€ after 22h. And bring a jacket or a sweater. Although it might be warm down in the streets, in the 17th floor there is quite some wind going on. Here are some pictures I took, after the break.

Remember the Cobra Snake and Last Nights Party? Well here’s some slick London party photography called Dirty Dirty Dancing. To be honest, it’s not so dirty at all, at least not in the way like the other pages. Maybe London is different? I doubt it, maybe they just not as extroverted..

Definetely hedonistic, definetely dirty (not really sfw), definitely full of life. Reminds of the Cobra Snake and apparently Bronques, the head behind the site has been dancing at Cobra Snake parties.

I think Mark, the cobra snake is the king of partyphotos.. A great photographer who gets everybody to look cool, sexy and a little tempting.
His style reminds either of the really close-up, personal American-Apparel look or the respectless Vice-magazine.
