Its a pitty but here in germany most people can life on social wellfare and still "asking for some change" will generate you arround 7 to 10 Euros an hour. Thats the minimal wages you get here. I still cannot believe that people make that much money by hanging arround and getting on my nervs. To make it compareable to what you get when you work as a student. its more or less the same!
